会计转型时期高职院校管理型会计人才培养策略探析

摘　　要：在新技术飞速发展的背景下,财会人才正在经历由核算型会计向管理型会计的转型。本文分析了目前高职院校财会人才培养中存在的问题,从人才培养方案的编制、教学资源的研究与开发、“1+X”证书体系的推动实施、教师的进修与培训四方面提出了管理型会计人才培养的建议。Under the background of the rapid development of new technology,accounting talents are undergoing the transformation from accounting type accounting to management type accounting.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward suggestions for the cultivation of management accounting talents from four aspects:the establishment of talent cultivation program,the research and development of teaching resources,the promotion and implementation of“1+X”certificate system,and the further study and training of teachers.
