摘  要:目的探讨超声骨刀联合STA无痛局麻注射仪在正畸牵引治疗错颌畸形青少年埋伏上前牙中的临床效果。方法按照随机综合平衡法划分56例确诊上颌埋伏阻生牙需行正畸牵引的患者为观察组和对照组,术前均拍摄CBCT定位埋伏多生牙,两组分别采用超声骨刀联合STA局麻仪手术和涡轮快机联合卡式注射器操作,对比两组不同治疗结果。结果观察组临床焦虑与合作行为级别评分比例明显较低(P <0.05);术后疼痛发生率明显较低(P <0.05);术后两天肿胀发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论超声骨刀联合STA无痛局麻仪应用于青少年埋伏上前牙正畸牵引治疗,有助于调动患者治疗依从性,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective To study the application value of piezosurgery combined with painless oral anesthesia instrument(using STA)in orthodontic traction treatment of impacted maxillary anterior teeth.Methods According to the method of random comprehensive balance,56 patients with impacted maxillary teeth were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with contraangle high speed turbines combined with fast clip type syringe,while The observation group was operated by piezosurgery combined with painless oral anesthesia instrument.All of the patients had accepted the cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)examination to locate the impacted maxillary teeth.The incidence of swelling on the two day after operation,the postoperative pain(quantitatively analyzed by VAS),the proportion of clinical anxiety and cooperative behavior score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of swelling on the two day after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of pain was significantly lower on the two day after operation(P<0.05),and the proportion of clinical anxiety and cooperative behavior score was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless oral anaesthesia instrument combined with piezosurgery in the treatment of orthodontic traction of impacted maxillary anterior teeth is helpful for mobilizing patients'treatment compliance and reducing postoperative response.
