摘 要:目的:减少病人在医院的停留时间,提出相应的对策,为改善医患关系提供参考。方法:在原有“互联网+医疗服务”的基础上更新升级,充分发挥网络的延伸辅助服务功能,与相关的医疗服务进行对接整合。结果:项目上线后,根据患者对医院就诊服务驿站小程序使用后的反馈,累计为27000名用户提供有效服务,受到了广泛好评。结论:让数据多跑路,患者少迈步,提升医院服务可及性,体现“就医无障碍,服务无止境”的理念。Objective:To reduce the patient’s stay time in the hospital,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,and provide reference for improving the doctor-patient relationship.Methods:On the basis of the original“Internet and Medical Services”,update and upgrade,give full play to the extended auxiliary service function of the network,and carry out docking and integration with the relevant medical services.Results:After the project went live,according to the patient’s feedback after the use of the small procedure of the hospital visiting service station,a total of 27,000 users provided effective service,which was widely praised.Conclusion:Let the data run more way,patients less stride,improve hospital service accessibility,reflect the“accessibility of medical treatment,service is endless”concept.
