大学开放发展的历史、动力与未来

摘　　要：大学的开放发展赋予大学以活力和动力。大学的开放是多方位的,其中教学内容、自身使命与教育对象的开放比较外显。而推动这种开放发展的动力机制则有文化因素的改变、利益因素的驱动与制度因素的变化。大学开放发展的脚步不会停歇,未来会以学习空间、孵化器和社会轴心的形态存在。大学开放发展看似无序,但实际上均有轨迹可以追寻。The open development endows university with vigor and power. The open of university is diverse,in which the open of teaching content,self mission and educational object is obvious. The motive mechanism to promote this open development is the change of cultural factors,the driving of interest factors and the change of institutional factors. The pace of the open development of universities will not stop. In the future,it will exist in the form of learning space,incubator and social axis. The open development of universities seems to be out of order,but in fact,there are traces that can be traced.
