气缸套中D型石墨的生成与影响

摘　　要：在离心铸造气缸套的生产中,由于低碳当量和较大过冷度,组织中会出现D型石墨,根据D型石墨的生成条件,从铁水成分﹑生铁组织﹑过热温度﹑孕育处理﹑快速冷却等方面分析了D型石墨的生成原因,阐述了D型石墨对气缸套的影响,并提出了生产中防止D型石墨产生的工艺措施。In the production of centrifugal cast cylinder liner,due to low carbon equivalent and large supercooling degree,D-type graphite will appear in the structure.According to the formation conditions of D-type graphite,the formation reasons of D-type graphite are analyzed from the aspects of molten iron composition,pig iron structure,overheat temperature,inoculation treatment,rapid cooling,etc.,the influence of D-type graphite on the cylinder sleeve is described,and the technological measures to prevent the production of D-type graphite are put forward.
