《啤酒酿造实训》课程实施理实一体化教学模式初探与实践

摘　　要：理实一体化教学模式被认为是实现应用型人才培养的一种有效模式,地方应用型本科院校培养的人才既要有较为扎实的理论知识,又要具备一定的实践操作技能。本文以“啤酒酿造实训”课程为例,就“啤酒酿造实训”的课程性质、“啤酒酿造实训”理实一体化建设、“啤酒酿造实训”课程理实一体化教学模式的实施以及取得的成效进行了概述,以期为地方应用型本科院校生物工程专业应用型人才的培养提供一定的参考。The teaching mode based on integration of theory and practice is considered to be an effective mode to realize the cultivation of applied talents.The talents cultivated by regional application-oriented undergraduate colleges should not only have solid theoretical knowledge,but also possess certain practical operation skills.Taking the course of as an example,this paper gives an overview on the course nature,the integration construction of theory and practice in the training process,the implementation of the teaching mode based on such integration and the achievements acquired from it with the expectation of providing some reference for the cultivation of applied talents in bioengineering in regional application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
