“黄大年精神”融入高校教学科研团队建设的路径探析——以宁夏大学环境科学专业团队建设为例

摘　　要：学习黄大年的爱国情怀、敬业精神和高尚情操,可以增强高校教师团队自身的政治责任,培养出符合社会主义事业建设需要的人才。本文以宁夏大学环境科学专业团队为例,从发挥模范带头作用、组建技术攻坚小组、组织志愿服务队、梳理先进理念、推进工作运行、锐意创新、服务大局、优化团队和党群、拓展服务、建设“学习型”和“服务系”团队等方面,论述高校教师如何践行黄大年高尚职业道德规范。Learning Huang Danian's spirit of patriotism,professionalism,and noble sentiment can enhance the political responsibility of the university teaching team and cultivate talents that meet the needs of the socialist construction.This paper takes the environmental science professional team of Ningxia University as an example,discusses how college teachers practice the high professional ethics of Huang Danian from the following aspects:playing a model role,establishing technical research teams,organizing volunteer service teams,combing advanced concepts,promoting work operations,making innovations,serving the overall situation,optimizing teams and party groups,expanding services,and constructing teams with positive spirit of learning and service,etc.
