摘　　要：本文首先论述了创新人才培养的重要性,同时也指出了现阶段高等教育创新人才培养的不足。专业综合训练周教学内容的精心安排,其目的就是为了加强学生专业素养和创新能力的培养,着重培养学生运用专业知识解决工程实际问题的能力。This paper first discusses the importance of the training of creative talents,and also points out the deficiency of talent training in higher education at the present stage.The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the cultivation of the students'professional quality and innovation ability,and to train their ability to use professional knowledge to solve the practical engineering problems.
