摘　　要：依照全国高等院校“双一流”建设目标要求,借鉴国内外高校创新创业教育的先进理念,开展“知行合一,全程创新”的机械工程人才培养模式研究,重新构建贯穿本科四年培养过程的创新型课程体系、实验体系、训练与竞赛体系,营造全程创新的文化氛围,探讨机械专业卓越人才培养的方法并赋予实践,采取的具体实施措施、改革经验可为高等院校相关专业的建设和人才培养提供参考。In accordance with the requirements of the Double First-class Initiative construction goals of colleges and universities across the country,and with reference to the advanced concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad,this paper discusses the innovative training mode of"unity of knowledge and practice,whole-process innovation"for excellent mechanical engineering talents,and reconstructs the four-year undergraduate training process by innovating curriculum,experiment,training and competition systems,and creating cultural atmosphere of innovation.The training method of mechanical professional excellent talents is analyzed and put into practice.The specific implementation measures and the reform experience offer references for the related professional construction and talent cultivation of other colleges and universities.
