摘　　要：当前,学校组织下的校园教育模式与体系注重于“宽口径”教育,缺少“针对性”培养,已经不适宜现代社会发展的要求,与社会需求有所脱节。本文以“基于“三服务”的焊接专业动态化人才培养研究”为题,从国内高等职业教育发展趋势入手,全方位、深层次地剖析当前焊接专业人才培养存在的主要问题,以国内外相关人才培养模式研究现状为基础,探究基于“三服务”的焊接专业动态化人才培养研究内容及创新点。The current education mode and system under the school organization focus on"wide range"education,but lack"targeted"training and are no longer suitable for the development of modern society.This paper studies the dynamic personnel training of welding major based on"three services".From the perspective of the development trend of domestic higher vocational education,an all-round and in-depth analysis is made on the current main problems of welding professional personnel training.Finally in view of the research status of relevant personnel training modes at home and abroad,the research content and innovation points of dynamic personnel training of welding specialty are explored based on"three services".
