摘  要:目前普通本科毕业生创业以及就业竞争力日益减弱,而学科竞赛水平则成为衡量学生能力的重要指标。以VEX机器人工程挑战赛为例,分析竞赛内容以及特点,指出了学科竞赛对于人才培养的作用和现阶段的不足,强调学生在学科竞赛中应该着重培养自身的兴趣和创新思维,提高自主学习能力、实践能力以及团队协作能力,以此作为自身的不受岗位和职业限制的可持续发展能力,从而提升创业就业核心竞争力。At present,the entrepreneurial and employment competitiveness of ordinary undergraduate graduates is declining,and the level of subject competition has become an important index to measure students'ability.Taking the VEX Robot Engineering Challenge as an example,this paper analyzes the content and characteristics of the competition,and points out the effect of subject competition on talent training and the deficiency at present.It also emphasizes that students should focus on cultivating their own interests and innovative thinking in subject competitions,and improving their self-learning ability,practical ability,and teamwork ability so as to enhance the core competitiveness of entrepreneurship and employment.
