摘  要:选择2019年1—12月在苏州大学附属第二医院呼吸科规范化培训的60名医生作为研究对象,其中实验组30名规培生采用思维导图+传统教学方法进行教学;对照组30名规范化培训医生采用传统教学方法进行教学。在规范化培训结束后进行出科胸腔穿刺术技能考核,实验组规范化培训医生胸腔穿刺术平均91.56±0.47分,对照组规范化培训医生胸腔穿刺术平均87.34±0.24分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,思维导图能提高住院医师规范化培训中胸腔穿刺术水平,为住院医师规范化培训提供新工具。In order to explore the application effect of mind mapping in the standardized training of residents and provide a new assistant teaching tool for the training,60 standardized training doctors,who received the training in the Pneumology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January to December 2019,were selected as research subjects.Thirty of them in the experimental group were trained by mind mapping combined with traditional teaching method,while the other 30 students in the control group were trained by traditional teaching method only.After the standardized training,skill examinations of thoracentesis were conducted.The results showed that the average score of thoracentesis examination in the experimental group was(91.56±0.47)points and that in the control group was(87.34±0.24)points.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Therefore,it is concluded that mind mapping is a new teaching aid in the standardized training of residents,and can significantly improve clinical practice ability of thoracentesis.
