大学生职业探索的目标、任务及培养路径研究

摘　　要：高校要注重立德树人,进一步提高人才培养质量,增强大学生的核心竞争力,促进大学生顺利就业。文章分析职业探索的目标,探讨职业探索的任务,指出职业生涯探索的培养路径是以建构的视角开展价值引领,以开放的视角建设校园文化,以发展的视角完善课程体系,以延伸的视角拓展实践。Colleges and universities should pay attention to moral cultivation,further improve the quality of personnel training,enhance the core competitiveness of college students,and promote the smooth employment of college students.This paper analyzes the goal of career exploration,discusses the task of career exploration,and points out that the training path of career exploration is to carry out value guidance from the perspective of construction,to build campus culture from an open perspective,to improve the curriculum system from the perspective of development,and to expand practice from an extended perspective.
