《黄帝内经》“肝左肺右”说的学术争鸣与启示

摘　　要：《素问·刺禁论篇》在针灸禁忌之问的语境下,提出了"肝左肺右"之说,本来是"刺禁论篇"的作者错误地将实体脏器的部位答成了五行五脏功能模型,但古今医家在经典崇拜的思想影响下,或无视《黄帝内经》问答之间的矛盾,或虽然意识到问答之间的矛盾,但又为之辩护,由此引起了一场千余年的学术争鸣。系统梳理这场学术争鸣的演变、原因及其问题所在,从对待经典的态度、诠释方法、传统文化与中医学的关系方面,指出对于经典的研究,既要敬畏经典,又要有质疑批判的理性精神;要借鉴现代诠释学的成果,掌握正确的诠释方法;要辩证地看待传统文化与中医学的关系,避免本末倒置的玄学化。Under the context of the question for acupuncture and moxibustion contraindication, in the chapter of needling contraindications in Inner Canon of Yellow EmperorClassic: Plain Questions(素问·刺禁论篇), the theory of "liver left and lung right" was put forward. The author of needle contraindication chapter mistook the viscera as the action mode of the five phases and the five viscera. But under the influence of the classic worship idea of the ancient and modern medical doctors, the contradictions between the questions and answers in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经》) were ignored. Or although they realized the contradictions between the questions and answers, they defended it, thus causing an academic controversy for more than a thousand years. The evolution, reasons and problems of this academic controversy, from the attitude towards classics, interpretation method, the relationship between traditional culture and TCM systematically were sorted out. It is pointed out that for the study on classics, we should revere it and rational spirit should be criticized. We must learn from the results of modern hermeneutics and master the correct interpretation methods;we must dialectically view the relationship between traditional culture and traditional Chinese medicine, and avoid the metaphysics that is inverted.
