摘　　要：基于不同组织关系网络的嵌入和由此带来的技术嵌入与溢出视角,以京东方的发展历程为主要研究对象,同时对比上海广电集团、日、韩等液晶企业的发展,探讨了液晶产业自主创新能力提升的关键因素和内在逻辑:政府参股的新融资渠道与国家的大力扶持为逆势持续投资提供了保障,走出合资误区,以收购为起点逐步实现组织与技术的双重嵌入,从而实现自主创新能力的提升。Based on the embedding of different organizational relationship networks and the resulting technology embedding perspective, this paper takes BOE’s development history as the main research object, and compares the development of SVA, Japan and Korea LCD companies, and discusses the key factors and internal logic of the improvement of the independent innovation of LCD industry: The new financing channels of the government’s shareholding and the strong support of the state have provided guarantees for the continued investment of the contrarians. They have gone out of the joint venture misunderstanding and gradually realized the dual embedding of organization and technology with the acquisition as the starting point, thus realizing the improvement of independent innovation capability.
