摘  要:选取中国五大气候区典型城市,分析不同气候条件下双级压缩商超制冷系统在使用R134a制冷剂和CO2制冷剂时的COP和季节能效比SEER。结果显示,相同条件下严寒地区及温和地区商超制冷系统的SEER较高且CO2系统性能明显低于R134a系统,但经过一定的结构优化,加入并行压缩机和单级蒸气压缩式部分复叠循环进行过冷的CO2系统在实际工况下的COP和SEER能够得到明显改善。改善效果对于气候条件较差地区最为明显,其中COP在环境温度为39℃时最大提高48.9%,SEER在夏热冬暖地区最大提高21.5%。改造后的CO2制冷系统基本达到与R134a系统相同的能效水平甚至更高,能够基本实现在不影响系统性能的条件下用CO2制冷剂替代R134a制冷剂。The typical cities of Chinese five major climate regions were selected to analyze the COP and SEER of the two-stage compression supermarket refrigeration system under different climatic conditions when using R134 a refrigerant and CO2 refrigerant.The results show that under the same conditions,the SEER of the supermarket refrigeration system in the severe cold region and the mild region is higher and the performance of the CO2 system is significantly lower than that of the R134 a system.But after a certain structural optimization,the CO2 system that is added to the parallel compressor and the single-stage vapor compression partial cascade cycle for supercooling can significantly improve the COP and SEER under actual working conditions.The improvement is most obvious in areas with poor climatic conditions,in which COP increases by 48.9%at an ambient temperature of 39℃,and SEER increases by 21.5%in hot summer and warm winter regions.The modified CO2 refrigeration system basically achieves the same energy efficiency level as the R134 a system,and can basically achieve the replacement of R134 a refrigerant with CO2 refrigerant without affecting system performance.
