摘 要:以辛酰苯丙氨酸(C17H25NO3)(简写为H(oct-DL-phe))、辛酰丙氨酸(C11H21NO3)(简写为H(oct-DL-ala))作为氨基酸配体源,采用溶液化学反应法合成出四种辛酰类氨基酸镁和钙配合物。使用1H NMR、FT-IR、DSC、SEM、偏光显微镜以及紫外-可见光谱仪等分别对四种氨基酸配合物进行表征。结果表明:辛酰丙氨酸类金属配合物为非晶态,表面均匀、透明;辛酰苯丙氨酸类金属配合物可以形成液晶,颜色鲜艳,无透明。光吸收性能测试发现,四种配合物在紫外-可见光范围内(200~380 nm)均表现出良好的光吸收性能,尤其是辛酰苯丙氨酸类金属配合物。Octyl phenylalanine(C17H25O3N)(abbreviated as H(oct-DL-phe))and Octyl alanine(C11H21O3N)(abbreviated as H(oct-DL-ala))were prepared as ligands and combined with magnesium and calcium in solution to form four metal complexes.The characterization by 1H NMR,FT-IR,DSC,SEM,polarized light microscopy showed that the octylalanine metal complexes were amorphous with uniform and transparent surface and octyl phenylalanine metal complexes were liquid crystal with bright color and non-transparent.The determination by UV-vis spectrometer found that the four complexes had good optical absorption properties in the range of ultraviolet visible light(200~380 nm),especially the complexes of octyl phenylalanine,which was applicably promising in field of organic liquid crystal screen and solar cell light absorbing layer.
