摘  要:目的:深入挖掘护理本科生参与基于立项项目科研实训的情感体验,为提高护理本科生科研立项项目服务管理水平提供思路。方法:采取现象学研究方法,对15名参与科研实训的护理本科生进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi七步资料分析法分析访谈结果。结果:以科研实训时间进展为线索,共提炼出5个主题,期望感和焦虑感、激动感和压力感、退缩感和不能放弃感、枯燥感和成就感、获益感和不公平感。结论:学生被正负糅合交织的情感包绕着,提示在今后的工作中,不仅要注重科研实训方式与策略的改进,也要重视学生的情感体验,提高学生立项项目的服务管理水平,消除学生的负性情感体验,为学生立项项目的顺利实施提供保障,真正达到依托大学生立项项目的开展实现对护理本科生科研能力的可持续培养。Objective:The essay aims to have a deep insight into the psychological experiences of the nursing undergraduates participating in scientific research training program based on funded projects,and to provide ideas for improving the service and management level of scientific research projects of nursing undergraduates.Methods:A phenomenological research method was adopted to conduct a semi-structured interview with 15 nursing undergraduates participating in scientific research training,and the results of the interview were analyzed using Colaizzi seven-step data analysis method.Results:Using the progress of scientific research training time as a clue,a total of 5 topics were extracted,including the sense of expectation and anxiety,excitement and pressure,the sense of withdrawal and inability to give up,the sense of dullness and accomplishment,the sense of benefit and injustice.Conclusion:Students are surrounded by positive and negative emotions,which suggests that in future work,we should not only pay attention to the improvement of scientific research training methods and strategies,but also pay attention to the emotional experience of students and improve the service management level of student projects,eliminate the negative emotional experience of students,provide a guarantee for the smooth implementation of student projects,and truly achieve the sustainable cultivation of the scientific research ability of nursing undergraduates by relying on the development of college student projects.
