葡萄籽的营养特性及其在动物生产中的应用

摘　　要：葡萄籽是酿酒或者是压榨葡萄籽油后的副产物,将葡萄籽有效利用在动物生产上,不仅能够提高畜禽的抗氧化能力,而且有助于实现资源的合理及有效利用。作为一种非常规饲料原料,葡萄籽粗蛋白含量较低,纤维含量较高,含有大量的多酚物质、亚油酸、氨基酸和一些维生素与矿物质。文中对葡萄籽的营养特性、生物学功能及其在不同动物上的应用效果进行了综述,对葡萄籽的饲用化开发、资源的合理利用以及饲料原料供应上增加了新选择。Grape seed is a by-product of wine making or grape seed oil pressing.The effective utilization of grape seed in animal production can not only improve the antioxidant capacity of livestock and poultry,but also contribute to the rational and effective utilization of resources.As a kind of unconventional feed material,grape seed has low crude protein content,high fiber content,and a large amount of polyphenols,linoleic acid,amino acids and some vitamins and minerals.In this paper,the nutritional characteristics,biological functions and application effects of grape seeds in different animals were reviewed to provide a new selection for the forage development,rational utilization of resources and feed raw material supply of grape seeds.
