摘 要:本文基于当今社会女性人力资本的现状,从受教育程度、质量、权益保障、参与度等方面分析女性人力资本的特点,然后从四个路径分析增加女性人力资本投资对经济增长的影响机制,不难看出,女性人力资本能更好地促进经济增长,通过提高女性的受教育水平增强人力资本的整体质量,会对经济增长产生正向影响;加强女性人力资本投资会使收益率更高,从而加快经济增长的进程;同时也可以增强本国的国际竞争力、刺激消费、扩大内需、拉动经济增长,最后针对女性人力资本存在的问题提出建议。Based on the current status of female human capital in today’s society, this paper analyzes the characteristics of female human capital in terms of education, quality, rights protection, and participation, and then analyzes the impact mechanism of increasing female human capital investment on economic growth from four paths. It is not difficult to see that female human capital can better promote economic growth, and enhance the overall quality of human capital by improving the level of women ’s education, which will have a positive impact on economic growth;strengthening female human capital investment will make the return rate higher In order to speed up the process of economic growth;at the same time, it can also enhance the country ’s international competitiveness,stimulate consumption, expand domestic demand, and stimulate economic growth, and finally put forward suggestions on the problems of female human capital.
