摘　　要：2003年我国依据国际惯例,取消强制婚检。一石激起千层浪,对于是否强制婚检看法不一,随之相关报道井喷。难道全球取消强制婚检是历史的倒退?笔者结合国内外的相关报道及海南省地中海贫血这一遗传病高发地区的实际情况,针对婚前医学检测内容、婚前医学检测国内外及海南省研究现状,对婚前医学检查做初步介绍,对婚前医学检测的走向献策献计。In 2003,China canceled the policy of compulsory premarital physical examination according to international practices.This policy therefore produced lots of discussion and relevant news,regarding the topic of“whether it is a history regression or not”.Hence,the author of this article is aiming to provide a preliminary introduction of premarital physical examination as well as some suggestions of its future development,based on the contents of premarital physical examination and its current research progress in the province(Hainan province,as a high-incidence area of thalassaemia disease),as well as in the country and the whole world.
