摘  要:在某款纯电动汽车的设计开发过程中,为满足驾驶稳定性、舒适性及整车安全要求,使车辆能够在复杂的路况下实现安全及平稳的行驶,针对该款车型存在后减震器座Y向刚度不足的问题,利用CAE软件建立含后减震器座安装点的白车身有限元模型,并进行刚度分析。根据CAE分析结果提出优化方案,再对优化方案进行刚度分析,最终找出能够有效提高后减震器座安装点刚度的最佳方案。该方案不仅可以满足性能要求,节约产品开发成本,缩短产品开发周期,而且为后减震器座结构改进和优化设计提供参考。In the design development process of a kind of pure electric vehicles,to meet the requirements of stability,comfort and vehicle safety driving,making the vehicle drive safely and smoothly under complex road conditions,aiming at insufficient Y direction stiffness of the shock absorber,CAE software was used to build the white body finite element model containing rear shock absorber installation point,and the stiffness analysis was made.According to the results of CAE analysis,five optimization schemes were put forward,and stiffness analyses of the five optimization schemes were completed.Eventually the best solution was found out by which the shock absorber mounting point stiffness was improved effectively.This scheme can not only meet the performance requirements,save the product development cost,shorten the product development cycle,but also provide reference for the structural improvement and optimization design of the rear shock absorber seat.
