甲状腺相关眼病限制性斜视术后疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗对甲状腺相关性眼病(TAO)致限制性斜视患者斜视、视力、眼压和复视的影响。方法回顾性分析82例TAO致限制性斜视患者病例资料,对比患者手术前后眼位、视力、眼压及复视程度。结果与术前比较,患者术后1周和3月斜视度明显减轻,斜视等级改善(P<0.05);患者手术前后双眼视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与术前比较,患者术后1周和3月眼压显著降低(P<0.05);患者术后复视程度优于术前(P<0.05)。结论手术矫正治疗能够较好纠正TAO致限制性斜视患者眼位,减轻复视,改善外观,缓解眼压,减轻眼部症状。Objective To investigate the effects of surgery on strabismus,visual acuity,intraocular pressure and diplopia in patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO)-induced restrictive strabismus.Methods The surgical data of 82 patients with TAO-induced restrictive strabismus were retrospectively analyzed.The eye position,visual acuity,intraocular pressure and diplopia were compared before and after surgery.Results Compared to before surgery,strabismus was significantly relieved and the grade of strabismus was improved after 1 week and 3 months of surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in visual acuity before and after surgery(P>0.05).The intraocular pressure was decreased significantly after 1 week and 3 months of surgery(P<0.05),and the degree of diplopia after surgery was better than that before surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgery can better correct the eye position,alleviate the diplopia,improve the appearance,relieve the intraocular pressure and reduce the eye symptoms in patients with TAO-induced restrictive strabismus.
