摘 要:开展创先争优评比工作一直是企业评先选优,奖励先进激励后进的一项表彰活动。此项活动能否有效开展是推动职工积极进取,奉献企业,爱岗敬业的一个重要因素。因此,要建立创先争优的长效机制,建立评选制度,做到长期对先进集体和先进人物的评选表彰,使之持续发挥示范和标杆作用,让创先争优活动有主题有内涵,取得好的运行效果。基于此,论文将结合实际工作对如何建立这种长效机制进行探究。Carrying out"excel in the performances"has always been a recognition activity to select the best in the first place,reward the advanced and encourage the backward.Whether this activity can be carried out effectively or not is an important factor to promote employees to be enterprising,devote themselves to the enterprise,and love their posts and work.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a permanent mechanism of excelling in the performances and the selection system,so as to achieve the long-term evaluation and commendation of advanced collectives and figures,and make them play the role of demonstration and benchmarking continuously.It also can let the activity of excelling in the performances have theme and connotation,and achieve good operation effect.Based on this,combined with the actual work,the paper explores how to build such a permanent mechanism.
