摘　　要：作为“一带一路”倡议的重要组成部分,龙江陆海丝绸之路经济带战略的提出将有助于推动黑龙江省的产业升级。作为提供人才保障的高等院校,如何针对战略需求调整人才培养模式,使人才需求更好地匹配战略发展,就显得尤为重要。As an important part of the"Belt and Road"initiative,the proposal of the Longjiang Land and Maritime Silk Road Economic Belt Strategy will help promote the industrial upgrading of Heilongjiang Province.As colleges and universities that provide talent guarantee,how to adjust the talent training model according to the strategic needs and make the talent needs better match the strategic development is particularly important.
