摘  要:卓越医生教育培养计划是国家加快推进临床医学教育综合改革的重大举措,对提高人才培养质量具有积极意义。结合湖南师范大学卓越医生班导师制度的实践,本文分析了班导师制在医学人才培养中的目的及意义,主要介绍了在卓越医生教改班实施导师制的实践与体会,提出了发展和完善班导师制的建议,期望能更好地促进医学本科教育班导师制度的发展。The excellent doctor education and training program is an important measure to accelerate the comprehensive reform of clinical medicine education,which has positive significance to improve the quality of talent training.Combining with the practice of the excellent doctor"class tutor system"in Hu'nan Normal University,this paper analyzes the purpose and significance of the class tutor system in the training of medical talents,mainly introduces the practice and experience of implementing the tutorial system in the excellent doctor teaching reform class,and puts forward some suggestions for development and improvement of class tutor system.It is expected to better promote the development of"class tutor system"for medical undergraduate education.
