摘  要:医学职业院校的人才培养目标是培养实践型医学技能人才。医学职业院校在合理制定人才培养方案的同时,也应大力开发职业延伸教育模式。本文以医学检验技术专业为例,分析了医学检验技术专业职业教育的现状,并结合实习生和毕业生继续学习及临床工作中关注的职业延伸教育热点问题,探讨了开展职业延伸教育的切入点及基本模式。医学职业院校应大力开发以网络平台为基础、以使用率较高的通讯软件为主要形式的职业延伸教育模式,以帮助学生在离校后提升专业学习和临床技能水平,是在校职业教育的必要补充。The training objective of medical vocational colleges is to cultivate practical medical talents.Medical vocational colleges should develop the mode of vocational extension education while making a reasonable talent training plan.Taking the medical laboratory technology specialty as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of vocational education of medical laboratory technology specialty,and probes into the entry point and basic mode of carrying out vocational extension education in combination with the hot issues of vocational extension education in the continuous learning and clinical work of interns and graduates.Medical vocational colleges should vigorously develop the extended vocational education mode based on the network platform,especially the communication software with high utilization rate as the main form,so as to help students'professional learning and clinical skills improvement after leaving school,which is a necessary supplement to vocational education in schools.
