摘  要:新商科背景下,地方本科院校如何应对商业新伦理、新技术、新需求、新实践的挑战,培养适合时代需求的新商科人才,是产业界和教育界的重要话题。社会变革和教育变革促使我国物流人才培养正从注重“数量”向提升“质量”转型。“第三方物流管理”课程尝试用“思政融合”“赛课合一”“翻转课堂”“校企培养”等教学方法,培养具有创新精神、创业能力的新人才,全面对接服务地方需求,并为其他商科课程建设提供参考。Under the background of new business,how to deal with the challenges of new business ethics,new technologies,new needs,and new practices in local undergraduate colleges,and to cultivate new business talents that meet the needs of the times,is an important topic in industry and education.Social and educational reforms have prompted China's logistics personnel training to shift from focusing on"quantity"to improving"quality".The"Third Party Logistics Management"course attempts to use teaching methods such as"integration of thinking and politics""integration of competitions""flip classroom"and"school-enterprise training"to cultivate new talents with innovative spirits and entrepreneurial capabilities,and to fully meet local service needs,and to provide a reference for the construction of other business courses.
