摘　　要：目的比较真空辅助旋切术与经乳晕旁切口手术治疗乳腺良性包块的效果。方法选取2016年2月~2019年3月湛江市妇幼保健院收治的240例乳腺良性包块患者作为研究对象,按照随机纸片法将其分为对照组(120例)与观察组(120例)。对照组患者采用经乳晕旁切口手术,观察组患者采用真空辅助旋切术。比较两组患者的手术操作时间、手术进行过程中出血量、治疗费用、临床乳房美容效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术操作时间短于对照组,手术进行过程中出血量少于对照组,治疗费用高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床乳房美容优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论真空辅助旋切术治疗乳腺良性包块患者,创伤小,操作时间短,乳房美容效果好,并发症少,但是治疗费用高。Objective To compare the effect of vacuum-assisted rotary resection and para-areolar incision on the treatment of benign breast mass.Methods A total of 240 patients with benign breast mass treated in Zhanjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=120)and the observation group(n=120)according to the random paper method.In the control group,surgery in a para-areolar incision was used,and in the observation group,vacuum-assisted rotary resection was applied.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,treatment cost,clinical breast cosmetic effect,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that of the control group,the treatment cost was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of clinical breast cosmetic effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vacuum-assisted rotary resection for patients with benign breast masses has fewer traumas,shorter operation time,better breast cosmetic effect,fewer complications,but higher treatment costs compared with those by a para-areolar incision.
