摘  要:城市工程建设竣工验收阶段"多测合一"工作机制正在全国范围内推广开展。"多测合一"旨在项目竣工验收阶段一次性全面准确地获取项目的空间位置、形状形态、地形地貌等全要素。以RTK、全站仪、手持测距仪等传统手段相配合形成的单点、单线采集模式效率低、劳动强度大、信息量少,难以适应"多测合一"的统一性与精细度要求。基于徕卡RTC360点云自动拼接技术,自主开发配套全景漫游系统,在实现作业效率提升的同时,丰富"多测合一"信息化产品,辅助竣工验收审批。The working mechanism of multi-surveyintegration is being promoted throughout the country at the stage of completion and acceptance in the field of urban engineering construction.The purpose of multi-survey integration is to acquire all the elements of the space position,shape,topography and landform of the project comprehensively and accurately at the stage of project completion and acceptance.The single-point and single-line acquisition mode formed by RTK,total station and hand-held range finder is inefficient,labor intensive and less information.It is difficult to meet the requirements of unity and precision of multi-surveyintegration.Based on Leica RTC360 point cloud automatic splicing technology,we independently develop a complete panoramic roaming system.While improving operational efficiency,we enrich the information products of multi-surveyintegration to assist completion acceptance and approval.
