摘  要:烧结过程是钢铁企业的一个主要耗能环节,降低烧结过程能耗对于提高钢铁企业能源利用效率、降低企业生产成本具有重要意义。基于.NET Framework平台采用C#编程语言及SQL Server数据库编制了烧结过程能量衡算软件,该软件可根据现场返回的生产数据、设备的操作参数及生产的过程参数,实现烧结过程的能量衡算及能效评估。以某钢铁企业265m 2烧结机为研究对象,采用该软件进行能量衡算及能效评估,并根据烧结过程各部分耗能情况提出相应的改进意见。Sintering process is a main energy utilization part of iron and steel enterprises,due to this,the reduction of energy consumption of sintering process has a far-reaching significance.Taking the sintering equipment of an iron and steel plant as the research object,a sintering process energy efficiency evaluation software was programmed based on the.NET Framework platform using C#language and SQL Server database.According to the materials budget data of the sintering machine collected from the production field,the software can realize the energy balancing of the sintering process and the calculation of energy use efficiency of the sintering machine.Also,in this paper a sintering machine of an iron and steel plant was taken as a research project and a energy balancing and energy efficiency evaluation for it was carried out by using the developed software,and some improvement suggestions was proposed based on the software's calculation results.
