Geramage聚合瓷应用于活髓前牙美容修复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析Geramage聚合瓷在活髓前牙美容修复中的效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2018年2月在笔者医院口腔科进行美容修复活髓前牙的42例患者,共138颗患牙,随机数字表法将患者患牙分成两组,分别为观察组(69颗)和对照组(69颗),观察组行Geramage聚合瓷外间接法,对照组行光固化复合树脂口内直接法;患者修复1年后,采用美国公共健康协会修整标准判定患者临床疗效;观察患者牙周指标情况,包含龈沟探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PI)、龈沟液量(GCF)和龈沟液内IL-1α含量。结果:观察组患者修复边缘染色、修复体边缘适合性及修复体和邻牙颜色匹配度的成功率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者修复牙PI、GI、GCF及IL-1α含量高于对牙合健康牙;观察组患者PI、GI、GCF及IL-1α含量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Geramage聚合瓷对活髓前牙美容修复效果理想,可临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the cosmetic repair effect of Geramage polymerized porcelain in the anterior teeth of the pulp.Methods From February 2016 to February 2018,42 patients with anterior teeth were repaired in our hospital,with a total of 138 teeth.The patient's teeth were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely observation group(69)and control group(69).The observation group was subjected to the indirect method of Geramage polymerized porcelain,and the control group was subjected to the direct curing method of light-curing composite resin.One year after the patient was repaired,the clinical effi cacy of the patient was determined by the American Public Health Association's dressing standard.The patient's periodontal index was observed,including the depth of the sulcus(PD),the gingival index(GI),the plaque index(PI),and the plaque.Gutter volume(GCF)and IL-1αcontent in gingival crevicular fl uid.Results The success rate of repair margin staining,prosthetic margin fi t and color matching of prosthesis and adjacent teeth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The contents of GI,GCF and IL-1αwere higher than those of healthy teeth.The levels of PI,GI,GCF and IL-1αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Geramage polymerized porcelain has an ideal effect on the cosmetic restoration of the anterior teeth of the pulp.It is a new indirect cosmetic restoration and has a broad clinical application prospect.
