摘　　要：1937年日本全面侵华,我国民众流离失所,饮食饮水条件恶化,公共卫生设施被毁,为疫病的滋生与爆发提供了条件。作为当时内地与海外交通之枢纽,温州成为1938年霍乱的重灾区。1938年温州霍乱防疫是民众精神、社会动员、政府治理、医卫水平等诸领域的真实体现。Japan invaded China on a large scale in 1937,and the people in China became destitute and homeless.Meanwhile,dietary and drinking conditions worsened,and public health facilities were destroyed,thus resulting in breeding and outbreaking of epidemic diseases.As a traffic hub of the inland and overseas countries,Wenzhou became a severely afflicted area of the cholera in 1938.Cholera epidemic prevention in Wenzhou in 1938 embodied public spirit,social mobilization,government management,medical and health level,etc.
