摘 要:目的探讨妊娠期营养健康教育联合膳食指导对单胎初产妇母婴结局的影响。方法选取2018年8月~2019年7月在我院进行产检和分娩的90例单胎初产孕妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组各45例。对照组孕前进行常规的营养指导,观察组采取营养健康教育联合膳食指导,比较两组孕期体重增长情况、分娩方式、妊娠并发症及新生儿情况。结果两组分娩时体重指数(BMI)高于孕前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠并发症总发生率(13.3%)和剖宫产率(11.1%)均低于对照组(22.2%、51.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低体重儿的发生率(15.6%)与对照组(20.0%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组早产儿发生率(8.9%)低于对照组(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期开展营养健康教育及膳食指导对单胎初产妇体重控制及改善母婴结局具有良好影响,可有效预防不良妊娠结局的发生。Objective To explore the effect of nutrition and health education combined with dietary guidance on the outcome of single birth primipara.Methods From August 2018 to July 2019,90 cases of single birth pregnant women in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nutritional guidance before pregnancy,and the observation group received nutritional health education combined with dietary guidance.The weight growth,delivery mode,pregnancy complications and newborn conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The body mass index(BMI)of pregnant women in the two groups was higher than that before pregnancy,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of pregnancy complications(13.3%)and cesarean section rate(11.1%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(22.2%,51.1%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of low-weight infants in the observation group(15.6%)compared with the control group(20.0%)(P>0.05);the incidence of preterm infants in the observation group(8.9%)was lower than that in the control group(20.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out nutrition and health education and dietary guidance during pregnancy has a good effect on weight control of single parturient women and improves maternal and infant outcomes,effectively preventing adverse pregnancy outcomes.
