灯盏细辛注射液联合尤瑞克林治疗气虚血瘀型早期急性缺血性脑卒中临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究灯盏细辛注射液联合尤瑞克林用于气虚血瘀型急性缺血性脑卒中的早期康复价值。方法:将164例气虚血瘀型急性缺血性脑卒中患者以随机数字表法分为尤瑞克林组、联合组,各82例,两组均采用常规治疗,尤瑞克林组使用尤瑞克林注射液,联合组在尤瑞克林组基础上联合灯盏细辛注射液,比较两组不同时间点的生活能力等级、局部脑血流丧失指数、血清脑源性神经营养因子。结果:联合组患者治疗后14 d的生活依赖程度显著低于尤瑞克林组(P<0.01);联合组患者治疗后7 d、14 d的局部脑血流丧失指数均显著低于尤瑞克林组(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后3 d、7 d、14 d的血清脑源性神经营养因子浓度水平均显著高于尤瑞克林组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:气虚血瘀型急性缺血性脑卒中应用灯盏细辛联合尤瑞克林注射液,能够有效降低局部脑血流丧失指数,改善脑源性神经营养因子水平,降低生活依赖程度,患者早期康复效果更佳。Objective:To explore the value of erigeron breviscapine injection combined with urinary kallidinogenase for injection in the early rehabilitation of acute ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 164 patients with acute ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into the eureklin group and the combined group,with 82 cases each.Both groups received conventional treatment.The eureklin group combined with urinary kallidinogenase for injection,and the joint group combined with breviscapine injection on the basis of the eureklin group.The living ability level,local cerebral blood flow loss index and serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor of the two groups at different time points were compared.Results:14 d after treatment,the living dependence of patients in the joint group was significantly lower than that in the eureklin group(P<0.01).The index of local cerebral blood flow loss in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the eureklin group on day 7 and 14 after treatment(P<0.05).The serum levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the joint group were significantly higher than those in the eurekline group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of breviscapine combined with eureklin injection in acute ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis can effectively reduce the index of local cerebral blood flow loss,improve the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor,reduce the degree of life dependence,and the early recovery effect of patients is better.
