摘　　要：目的探讨感染科患者多重耐药菌(MDRB)感染的危险因素及预防措施。方法回顾性调查感染科发生医院感染的236例患者,依据其是否发生MDRB感染将其分为MDRB组和非MDRB组,分析MDRB感染率及其耐药菌分布,筛选MDRB感染的危险因素。结果感染科发生医院感染的236例患者中,MDRB感染率为40.25%(95/236);影响MDRB感染的危险因素包括年龄、基础疾病、手术、中心静脉置管、留置导管、广谱抗菌药物种类、住院时间等。结论感染科医院感染患者中具有很高的MDRB感染率,其高危因素为高龄、基础疾病多、手术、侵入性操作、不当使用抗菌药物及住院时间长,针对上述危险因素,采取预防措施,降低MDRB感染率。Objective To investigate the risk factors and preventive measures of multidrug-resistant bacteria(MDRB) infection in patients with infectious diseases. Methods A retrospective investigation of 236 patients with hospital infection in the infectious department was performed. The subjects were divided into MDRB group and non-MDRB group according to whether MDRB infection occurred. The MDRB infection rate and the distribution of drugresistant bacteria were analyzed to screen the risk factors of MDRB infection. Results Among the 236 patients with hospital infection in the infection department, the MDRB infection rate was 40.25%(95/236). The risk factors affecting MDRB infection included patients’ age, underlying diseases, surgery, central venous catheterization, indwelling catheter, and types of broad-spectrum antibiotics, hospital stay, etc. Conclusion There is high infection rate of MDRB for patients in the infectious disease department. The high risk factors include advanced age, multiple underlying diseases, surgery, invasive procedures, improper use of antibiotics, and long hospital stay. Preventive measures should be taken to reduce the above risk factors so that to reduce the MDRB infection rate.
