摘 要:介绍英国皇家医院健康助理员(Health Care Assistant,HCA)入职培训管理体系,特别对其岗位胜任力为理论框架的课程设置、同质化的培训、严格的持证上岗制度、考核评估方式、规范的薪酬和发展规划等内容,结合我国护理员入职培训现状,提出改进护理员入职培训的建议,明确并统一规范护理员准入及入职培训标准、制定以岗位胜任力为基础的入职培训手册、建立清晰可操作的护理员职业发展规划体系。This paper introduced the health care assistant(HCA) induction training management system in the British Royal Care Hospital, especially its curriculum design based on the theoretical framework of job competence, the homogeneous training outlines, strict employment certification system and evaluation methods, normative compensation and development planning, etc.. Combined with the current status of nursing introduction training in China, we provided some suggestion for improving nursing staff induction training, clarified and uniformly standardized nursing staff admission and induction training standards, and developed induction training manual based on job competence, and established a clear and accessible nursing professional development planning system, etc.
