摘  要:体育器械使用材料要求具有高强度、低密度、良好耐热性能等,由于碳纤维复合材料性能优异,比如力学性能强、质量轻,而且安全卫士,将其运用于体育器械中以有成功案例。但是针对要求较高的体育器械,可以通过对体育器械的工艺进行优化,以增强其应用性能。于是本文主要研究基于碳纤维复合材料的体育器械的工艺优化与性能。通过实验研究的方式,研究不同工艺方式对碳纤维复合材料性能的影响。实验结果表明,在粘接过程中使用砂纸打磨,并且用丙酮进行清洗,然后使用SY-D15表面处理剂有助于提高剪切强度、剥离强度和耐久性能;另外使用厚度较好的胶膜有助于提高剥离性能。The materials used for sports equipment require high strength,low density,and good heat resistance.Due to the excellent properties of carbon fiber composite materials,such as strong mechanical properties,light weight,and safety guards,which are used in sports equipment to have successful cases.However,for sports equip⁃ment with higher requirements,the technology of sports equipment can be optimized to enhance its application performance.So this paper mainly studies the process optimization and performance of sports equipment based on carbon fiber composite materials.The effects of different process methods on the properties of carbon fiber composite materials were studied through experimental research.The experimental results show that sandpaper sanding and cleaning with acetone during the bonding process,and then using SY-D15 surface treatment agent can help improve shear strength,peel strength and durability:in addition,the use of a better thickness of the ad⁃hesive film can help improve peeling performance.
