新时期高校教学管理队伍建设存在的问题及对策探究

摘　　要：高校教育改革的不断深入和发展,对高校的教学管理水平提出了更高的要求,为的是通过加强高校教学管理质量,有效促进高校教学水平的提升。因此,高校领导应该充分认识到,新时期加强高校教学管理队伍建设的重要性,及时掌握教学管理队伍建设过程中存在的问题,并积极寻找解决办法,为进一步提升高校教学水平奠定坚实基础。分析新时期加强高校教学管理队伍建设的重要意义,对高校在教学管理队伍建设过程中所存在问题和解决策略进行研究和探讨,以供参考。With the development of educational reform in colleges and universities,higher requirements are put forward for the level of teaching management in order to effectively promote the teaching level in colleges and universities by strengthening the quality of teaching management in colleges and universities.Therefore,the leaders of colleges and universities should fully realize the importance of enhancing the construction of teaching management team in the new period.Moreover,they should figure out the problems in the construction process of teaching management team in time,and actively find solutions,so as to lay a solid foundation for further improvement of teaching level.This paper analyzes the significance of strengthening the construction of teaching management team in colleges and universities in the new period.In addition,it discusses the problems and corresponding solving strategies in detail for reference.
