摘  要:头痛是临床最常见的症状之一,它既可以表现为独立的临床症状,也可见于其他各种疾病的发生发展中,其临床表现复杂多样,是神经内科临床带教的难点之一。目前头痛的发病率很高,但由于其病因复杂且诊断涉及多学科,内容广泛,所以头痛的误诊率和漏诊率非常高。传统的教学法很难将涉及多学科交叉的知识传授给神经内科专业研究生,并使之充分理解和掌握。因此,为了提高研究生对头痛疾病的学习效率,增强其自主学习能力,我们在关于研究生头痛疾病的临床教学中,初步尝试体验式教学的教学模式并取得了良好的效果。Headache,one of the most common clinical symptoms,is manifested as an independent clinical symptom,and can also be seen in the occurrence and development of various other diseases.Because its clinical manifestations are complex and diverse,it has become one of the difficulties in clinical teaching of neurology.At present,the incidence of headache is very high.However,due to its complicated etiology and the multidisciplinary diagnosis and extensive content,the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of headache are very high.The traditional teaching method is difficult to efficiently transfer the knowledge involving multiple disciplines to the postgraduates of neurology,and makes it fully understood and mastered.Therefore,in order to improve the learning efficiency of graduate students for headache diseases and enhance their independent learning ability,we have initially tried the teaching model of experiential teaching in clinical teaching about headache diseases for graduate students and have achieved good results.
