摘　　要：针对当前管理学教学中普遍采用西方企业案例而缺乏对本土化案例开发的问题,总结了本团队教改过程中的经验和体会,主要包括采用本土化案例替换西方企业案例、在管理学教学体系中增加自我管理和权力内容,最后探讨了基于中国本土情境进行管理学教学的教学意义和学术意义。In view of the problem that the current teaching of Management uses a lot of western business cases and lacks localized cases,this paper summarizes the experience of our team in the process of teaching reform.It mainly includes replacing western business cases with localized cases,and adding self-management and power in the Management teaching system.Finally,this paper discusses the teaching and academic significance of the Management teaching based on the local situation in China.
