摘 要:探讨情景模拟教学在产科实习带教中的应用效果。将2018—2019年在产科实习的本科学生分为两组,一组接受情景模拟教学方法的教学,作为教改组;另外一组作为对照组,接受传统的教学方法,比较两组学生的教学满意度及理论和操作评分。结果显示,教改组学生的教学满意度明显高于对照组,出科理论及操作考试成绩均高于对照组。情景模拟教学有助于提高学生实习的积极性,提高学习效果,更有利于学生掌握产科的常见操作及知识。To explore the application effect of simulation teaching in obstetrics practice teaching.Methods:The undergraduate students who had interned in obstetrics from 2018 to 2019 were divided into two groups,and one group received the teaching of simulation teaching method as the teaching reform group.The other group served as a control group and received traditional teaching methods.teaching satisfaction and theoretical and operational scores of the two groups of students were compared.Results:The teaching satisfaction of the students in the teaching reform group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The simulation teaching is helpful to improvethe enthusiasm of students for internship,improve the learning effect,and it is more conducive for students to master the common operations and knowledge of obstetrics.
