摘　　要：超级栅板是基于相位光栅的衍射效应得到的声学超表面,角谱方程是理论上研究超级栅板的关键,利用数学方法研究了超级栅板衍射强度的角谱.A broadband metagrating is a metasurface that is received based on the diffraction effects of phase gratings,the angular spectrum equation is key of studying broadband metagrating in theory.The angular spectrum of the diffraction intensity of broadband metagrating is researched by mathematical method.
