摘  要:采用有机硅树脂改性酚醛环氧乙烯基树脂为基体,以改性SiC纤维、促进剂等为原料,与固化剂组成双组份常温固化防腐蚀耐磨耐高温涂料。有机硅树脂TSR144添加可以改善涂层的耐热性,但涂层粘结性下降。当有机硅树脂TSR144用量为6%时,涂层的综合效果最佳;改性的SiC纤维能够增强增韧涂料。当改性的SiC纤维的含量为4%时,涂层的损失率最低。制备的涂料具有耐腐蚀性能好,稳定性高,耐高温等优点。The silicone resin modified phenolic epoxy vinyl resin is used as the matrix,the modified SiC fiber and the accelerator are used as raw materials,and the curing agent is composed of a two-component room temperature curing anti-corrosion wear-resistant high-temperature coating.The addition of silicone resin TSR144 can improve the heat resistance of the coating,but the coating adhesion decreases.When the amount of silicone resin TSR144 is 6%,the overall effect of the coating is the best;the modified SiC fiber can strengthen the toughening coating.When the content of modified SiC fiber is 4%,the coating loss rate is the lowest.The prepared coating has the advantages of good corrosion resistance,high stability and high temperature resistance.
