摘 要:目的探索以症状为中心的思维导图导学在妇产科本科生临床实习中的应用。方法选择2018年9月-2018年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科参加本科实习的126名学生作为研究对象。将学生随机分为两组,观察组采用以症状为中心的思维导图导学,对照组采用传统的单项PPT导学。实习结束后,对两组学生进行理论考试和临床技能考试,并比较效果。同时观察组学生及教师对该种方法进行评价。结果观察组的考试总成绩(理论+技能)平均分为(75.00±4.78)分,对照组的总成绩为(72.51±5.11)分,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组理论成绩(满分60分)为(41.24±3.66)分,对照组为(39.28±3.27)分,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床操作考核的平均成绩为(33.73±2.12)分,对照组(33.23±3.79)分,两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组学生及教师对于以症状为中心的思维导图导学表示满意。结论以症状为中心的思维导图导学可以梳理课本上的知识,与临床实践紧密结合,可以提高学生学习的兴趣和主动性,值得推广,并对不同级别医院的住院医师规范化培训甚至主治医师专科培训起到好的参考作用。Objective To explore the application of symptom-based mind mapping in the clinical practice of undergraduates in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Choose 126 students who participated in undergraduate practice in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of ShengJing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University in the second half term of 2018.The students were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group adopted the symptom-centered mind map guidance,and the control group adopted the traditional single-item PPT guidance.After the internship,the two groups of students were tested in theory and clinical skills,and the results were compared.Meanwhile,students and teachers of the experimental group evaluated the method.Results The total test score(theory+skill)of the experimental group was(75.00±4.78)on average,and that of the control group was(72.51±5.11).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical score of the observation group(full score:60)was(41.24±3.66),while that of the control group was(39.28±3.27),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of clinical operation examination in the observation group was(33.73±2.12),and(33.23±3.79)in the control group,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Students and teachers in the observation group were satisfied with the symptom-centered mind mapping.Conclusion Symptom-centered mind mapping can be used to sort out knowledge in textbooks and combine it closely with clinical practice.It can improve students’interest and initiative in learning and is worth promoting.It can also serve as a reference for the standardized training of resident physicians and even the specialist training of attending physicians in hospitals at different levels.
