摘  要:本文阐述了湖南电台在全省应急广播体系建设中的全局思考和创新,结合新时代公有云技术、5G技术、北斗导航技术和无人机技术,联动省应急厅、省卫健委等部门,打造新型沉浸式敏捷型应急广播技术体系,力图实现"平时服务、战时应急、立体覆盖、生动快速"的应急宣传效果。This paper expounds the overall thinking and innovation of Hunan Radio Station in the construction of emergency broadcasting system in the whole province.A new type of immersion agile emergency broadcasting technology system has been built in cooperration with the Propaganda Departmanet of Hunan provincial emergency department and hunan health commission,etc,combined with public cloud technology,5G technology,Beidou technology and UAV technology in the new era.These designs strive to achieve"peacetime service,wartime emergency,three-dimensional coverage,vivid and fast"emergency publicity effect.
