摘　　要：以某非法熔炼废弃电路板案为研究对象,核算其烟气中特征污染物排放量。在分析常用的污染物排放量核算方法的基础上,结合案例的实际情况选用间接计算法中的物料衡算法进行本案所涉污染物排放量的计算。通过比较分析二噁英、重金属等熔炼电路板产生烟气中的特征污染物,选择以电路板元件中的Pb为物料衡算的基准物质,然后进一步分析其在电路板熔炼过程中的投入和产出路径,最终计算得到通过烟气排放的Pb总量约为2594.12 kg。This study calculates the typical air pollutants emission in a case of copper recycling smelting with waste circuit boards.The common accounting methods of pollutants emission in environmental damage judicial expertise area were analyzed.The material balance calculation method was determined to calculate typical pollutants emission based on the facts of the case.Pb was more scientific benchmark material for emission calculation,compared to dioxins and other heavy metals.The emission amount of Pb by flue gas was about 2584.55 kg.
