摘　　要：非物质文化遗产既是人类物质宝库中的文化瑰宝,更是人类精神世界上的文化营养。非物质文化遗产人才队伍是推动非物质文化遗产保护传承的核心力量,因此,加快非物质文化遗产人才队伍建设具有十分重要的现实意义。本文深入分析当前河北省非物质文化遗产人才队伍建设现状,从非物质文化遗产传承人、从事非物质文化遗产传承保护专职工作人员和社会公众三方面阐释河北省非物质文化遗产人才队伍建设的问题,有针对性地提出对策建议,从而切实加强河北省非物质文化遗产人才队伍建设,充分调动其积极性、主动性、创造性,切实推动河北省非物质文化遗产传承保护事业良性有序发展。Intangible cultural heritage is not only the cultural treasure of human’s material life,but also the cultural nutrition in the human spiritual world.The talent team of intangible cultural heritage is the central element to promote the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.Hence,it is of great practical significance to speed up the construction of intangible cultural heritage talent team.Based on the analysis of the current state of the talent team of intangible cultural heritage in Hebei province,this paper expounds the problem during the con⁃struction of intangible cultural heritage talent team in the following respects:the inheritors of intangible cultural her⁃itage,the dedicated staff members and the social public.And the corresponding strategies are proposed to strength⁃en the construction of the talent team of intangible cultural heritage in Hebei province.The enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity of talents are fully mobilized to promote the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
