摘  要:以拖拉机动力传动系统参数匹配技术为研究对象,运用仿真分析方法介入模块化的拖拉机动力传动系统参数匹配设计并进行试验验证。根据目标拖拉机的性能要求,确定相应基本参数,按照动力学原理,对目标拖拉机的变速器、主减速比及柴油机等参数进行设计计算,在Cruise软件中建立目标拖拉机的整车模型,分别对目标拖拉机道路空载行驶(最高车速、最大加速度、原地起步加速、道路滑行特性)和田间匹配深松机作业(原地起步加速)的性能进行了仿真和实验研究。仿真和试验结果表明,Cruise中建立的拖拉机整车模型的性能和相对应的实车拖拉机性能有一定误差,但误差均在合理范围内。该研究大大缩短了拖拉机动力传动系统参数匹配的研究周期。Taking the tractor power transmission system parameter matching technology as the research object,the simulation analysis method is used to intervene in the modular tractor power transmission system parameter matching design and test verification. According to the performance requirements of the whole vehicle, according to the dynamics principle, the parameters of the tractor’s engine, transmission and main reduction ratio are designed and matched. The Cruise software is used to establish the vehicle model of the target tractor, and the tractor road is under no-load(maximum speed, The performance of the maximum acceleration, in-situ acceleration,and road gliding characteristics) and the field matching Huaifeng 1 LS-740 subsoiler operation(in-situ acceleration) were simulated and examined. The simulation and test results show that there is a certain error in the performance of the tractor model established in Cruise and the performance of the corresponding tractor, but the error is within a reasonable range. This research has greatly shortened the research cycle of tractor powertrain parameter matching.
