摘　　要：目的:探讨以核心能力培养为导向的肠造口专科护士培训方案与实践效果。方法:选取2018年3-12月参加肠造口专科培训课程的学员45名为研究对象,查阅大量文献后综合专家讨论的意见,设计培训方案并实践,采取问卷调查及核心能力考核,对培训前后学员的专业理论、专业技能、临床实践、护理查房、教育与咨询等核心能力培训项目进行评估,评价培训后护理人员培训效果。结果:培训后的专业理论和专业技能考核成绩水平均高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参加培训后,学员专业理论、专业技能、临床实践、护理查房、教育与咨询及科研的核心能力考核成绩均合格。结论:以核心能力培养为导向的肠造口专科护士培训方案是一个循序渐进的过程,是一种有效的可全面提升护士能力的培训形式,可能还存在着一定的缺陷,需要在今后的临床实践中不断加强。Objective:To explore the training program and practical effect of enterostomy nurses oriented by core competence cultivation.Method:A total of 45 students who participated in the enterostomy training course from March to December 2018 were selected as the study objects.After consulting a large number of documents,the opinions discussed by experts were synthesized,design training plan and practice,take the questionnaire survey and the core competence evaluation,the student’s professional theory,professional skills before and after the training,clinical practice,nursing ward rounds,education and consultation to evaluate core competence training program,evaluation after training of nursing personnel training effect.Result:After the training,the professional theory and performance level of professional skills are higher than before the training,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the assessment results of students’core competence in professional theory,professional skills,clinical practice,nursing rounds,education and consultation and scientific research are all qualified.Conclusion:The training program of enterostomy specialty nurses guided by core competence cultivation is a gradual process and an effective training form to comprehensively improve the ability of nurses.
